  2. Digital Platform: The digital platform provides applications that enable data collection, connection, and coherence and integrate and augment data-rich processes in inter combined applications (SCP).
  3. Intelligent Technologies: Intelligent technologies such as ML, AI, IoT, and Analytics help organizations use organization-wide data to detect and predict patterns, predict outcomes, suggest actions, and trigger processing execution.
